Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Multi Sports Coach to inspire and motivate participants across a variety of sports activities. In this role, you will lead engaging coaching sessions, promote teamwork, and foster a positive environment that encourages skill development and enjoyment. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help participants of all ages and skill levels achieve their personal best while having fun through diverse sporting experiences. Duties
- Plan, organize, and deliver dynamic coaching sessions across multiple sports disciplines, ensuring activities are inclusive, safe, and enjoyable
- Demonstrate proper techniques, rules, and strategies to participants to enhance their understanding and performance
- Foster a supportive team environment that encourages sportsmanship, respect, and positive communication among participants
- Monitor safety protocols during all activities, ensuring equipment is used correctly and the playing area remains hazard-free
- Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve their skills and confidence in various sports
- Maintain accurate attendance records, session reports, and progress notes for all participants
- Collaborate with other coaches and program staff to develop new activities and improve overall program quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, with a strong understanding of multiple sports disciplines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate diverse groups of participants
- Ability to demonstrate sports techniques clearly while maintaining a lively and engaging coaching style
- Knowledge of safety standards related to sports activities and equipment management
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Prior experience working with children or community groups is preferred but not essential
