Help shape operational excellence across a portfolio of care homes
If you're an experienced care home administrator who enjoys developing others, strengthening processes and ensuring high standards, this is an opportunity to make a wider impact. As Regional Administrator, you'll work across a portfolio of homes, supporting Home Administrators, maintaining operational continuity and helping to ensure financial and administrative processes are consistent, compliant and effective.
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across a defined region to deliver training, provide operational cover and carry out financial compliance audits.
You'll be joining a forward-looking organisation with a long-term commitment to the success of every home. Supported by substantial, planned investment, you'll have the resources, stability and support needed to strengthen administrative standards, build capability across our homes and help deliver high-quality, sustainable care while nurturing thriving communities.
About the role
Reporting to the Regional Director, you'll provide specialist administrative support across a defined portfolio of homes. You'll train and develop Home Administrators, provide operational cover during periods of absence, carry out financial compliance audits and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and controls.
Working closely with Home Managers, Area Directors and central support teams, you'll help build administrative capability, strengthen financial governance and support continuous improvement across the region.
About you
You're an experienced care home administrator with a strong understanding of home-level financial and administrative processes. Comfortable working independently across multiple sites, you're equally confident coaching colleagues, carrying out audits and supporting homes through periods of change.
Organised, methodical and collaborative, you're passionate about maintaining high standards while helping others develop the skills and confidence to succeed.
