We are currently recruiting for a range of positions, including:
- Vehicle Paint Technician
- Panel Technicians
- MET Strip & Fit Technicians
- Collection & Delivery Drivers (Salary TBC)
Successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle repair, preparation, refinishing, dismantling, and reassembly work across a variety of vehicle makes and models.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in delivering high standards of workmanship, have excellent attention to detail, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your role and experience, duties may include:
- Vehicle repair preparation, masking, and refinishing
- Paint spraying and colour matching
- Panel repair and replacement Following Thatcham Methods
- MET strip and fit operations, including the removal and refitting of mechanical, electrical, and trim components
- SMART repairs and cosmetic rectification
- Polishing and finishing work
- Diagnosing and resolving issues relating to vehicle repairs and reassembly
- Safe collection and delivery of customer vehicles
- Completing vehicle handovers professionally and courteously
- Carrying out vehicle condition checks and maintaining accurate records
- Maintaining workshop cleanliness and health and safety standards
- Ensuring all repairs are completed to manufacturer and industry standards
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience within a vehicle bodyshop environment
- Relevant experience in your chosen discipline
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence (essential for Collection & Delivery Driver roles)
- A professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers
- Ability to represent the company positively when collecting and delivering vehicles
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience working with prestige, luxury, and high-performance vehicles
- ATA accreditation or equivalent industry qualifications
- Own tools and equipment relevant to your trade
- Knowledge of modern vehicle technology, ADAS systems, and manufacturer repair methods
