The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic well – organised, reliable and confident individual with some experience within lettings. If you are highly motivated professional who enjoys a busy environment and ensuring high quality customer service is at the forefront of our business, then this role could be ideal for you.
Working from Bristol BS32 area you will be responsible for:
- Pro active property marketing and advertising via online sites, social media
- Prepare Inventories
- Showing tenants around properties and managing all enquiries
- Management of tenancy applications
- Carry out periodic property inspections
- Answering the telephone and face to face general tenant enquiries
- Manage landlord and tenant queries and support to senior staff
- Management and control of property keys
- Maintain efficient systems and filing processes
The successful applicant will need to be/ have:
- Experience of working as lettings negotiator
- Self motivated and be highly organised, work well under pressure
- Be able to work in a busy team environment with a consistent positive attitude
- Have a high degree of own initiative and be a pro-active solution finder
- Excellent communication skills; verbally and written
- High attention to detail and a desire to maintain efficient systems
- Provide outstanding customer service, including resolving challenges and complaints satisfactorily
- Flexible to support other roles in the team
- Confident use of Outlook/ G-mail packages and Word is essential
- A clean driving license
- Experience of customer database systems but we can provide training

The Company
Based in BS32 Bristol we are a busy lettings agency . We are offering a competitive salary dependent on experience. The initial post is for a part-time role but there is room for further development within the organisation and support for staff with new ideas and ways to improve services and processes.
Hours 3-6.30pm plus Saturdays ( hours to be discussed)
Salary is competitive and dependent on experience- plus commission
