JHotel Manager – Llandudno, North Wales
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy hotel in the heart of Llandudno, North Wales.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional who is passionate about customer service, team leadership, and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operation of the hotel
Manage and motivate hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Monitor occupancy levels, bookings, and revenue performance
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service are maintained throughout the property
Manage staffing levels, rotas, recruitment, and training
Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
Work closely with owners to achieve business objectives and growth targets
Requirements
Previous hotel management experience is essential
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Commercial awareness and ability to drive profitability
Experience with hotel booking and property management systems
Knowledge of the Eviivo platform is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends when required
