We're looking for SIA licensed security staff to join our team, working alongside management to keep customers and colleagues safe.
What we're looking for:
- Valid SIA badge (essential)
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, approachable manner
- Confidence in mediation and conflict management
- Good personal fitness and the ability to stay alert during long shifts
- Clear, calm communication with customers and colleagues
The Role:
- Reporting all incidents and issues promptly to management/supervisors
- Strict adherence to health and safety guidelines and company policies
- Managing queues and controlling capacity
- Reacting to ad hoc duties as they arise
- Maintaining high standards of time management and reliability
Hours & Shifts:
- Part time, permanent
- 10-20 hours per week
- Must be available Saturday nights and comfortable working until approximately 4.30am
- Potential for additional shifts on busier weeks depending on event schedule
