Position Summary:
As a PCC Stock & Administration Coordinator, you will play an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy across third-party storage locations and supporting efficient stock management processes. Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and supplier partners, you will help ensure inventory integrity, resolve discrepancies, coordinate stock activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to excellent service delivery.

What You'll Do:

Support inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, reconciliations, and investigation of stock discrepancies across warehouse management systems and storage locations.

Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve inventory issues, maintain supplier portals, and manage stock-related processes.

Coordinate stock management activities, including stock counts, promotional stock requirements, inbound and outbound movements, and inventory reporting.

Support the administration and maintenance of warehouse and inventory systems, ensuring data accuracy and effective record keeping.

Produce and maintain KPI, Power BI, and inventory-related reports to provide visibility and support informed decision-making.

Work closely with Operations, Finance, Product Supply, and external partners to identify risks, share updates, and support continuity of supply.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while promoting safe working practices and compliance with operational procedures.

Who You Are:

You have experience in inventory management, logistics, administration, or a similar operational support environment.

You are comfortable working with data and systems, with experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

You have strong organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
