We are looking for an experienced front of house team member to join our team. This job is great for someone looking to grow within the business.
You will need to be confident, bubbly, organised, hard working and work well in a team.
This is a full time, permanent position available - not suitable for students.
We are a very busy cafe, have a strong team and pay/tips are great!
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring a smooth service experience.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including coffee, while adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
- Handle cash and payment transactions with precision and care.
- Provide exceptional hospitality to enhance the overall dining experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front-of-house role within the hospitality industry
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Experience in food preparation and catering services
- Barista experience with a passion for coffee
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
