Duties
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up work zones
- Support the installation of foundations, fencing, drainage systems, and other structural elements
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision to aid in construction activities
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment around the site safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to quality standards
- Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas
Experience
- Previous experience working in construction or manual labour roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for eager learners
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
