Purpose Statement:
The candidate will be responsible for all job-related functions concerning the collection, creation, maintenance, and control of customers’ design data and associated documentation.
Responsibilities also include integrity analysis, problem resolution, prioritising workload and collaborating with other functions for effective system loading.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Support the analysis of customer documentation
Log the distribution of customer data
Lead the loading, formatting and verification and distribution of Bills of Material
Support Internal Engineering Change Notices
Ensure the completeness of the customer documentation
Support component and process problem notification processes
Lead resolution of discrepancies identified between customer and internal documentation
Lead conflict identification and resolution of non-technical issues
The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, work as a team, and have the ability to take self-ownership within the role.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and data entry skills.
One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
