We are seeking an Administrator / Accounts Administrator for part time hours.
We would like 2-3 half days a week ideally a fixed Monday and Friday and flexible to cover the other days when team members on annual leave.
We are flexible on hours suggesting 9am-1pm or 10am-2pm but are flexible.
The role is to support the accounts team with uploading invoices as well as providing administrative support.
Support the team with managing the accounts inbox, answering emails and resolving queries
Assist with daily, weekly and period end balance sheet reconciliation.
Process invoices efficiently and accurately.
Cash Handling.
