We are delighted to be recruiting passionate and talented individuals to join our Cornwall-born seafood specialist, Tom Brown, at our One Michelin Star restaurant. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work within an exceptional kitchen and front-of-house team, delivering refined, seafood-led cuisine at the very highest level.

The Role
As a Host / Restaurant Team Member, you will be a key ambassador for our restaurant and hotel, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and an unforgettable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests on arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages with precision and attention to detail.
- Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the front-of-house and dining areas.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely service.
- Support private dining and special events to ensure seamless execution.
About You
- Previous experience in a Michelin-starred or equivalent high-end restaurant or hotel is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Essential wine knowledge and confidence discussing pairings with guests.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and early mornings (6AM).
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
