We're hiring! HR Consultant (employed or self-employed, flexible on days and around 20 hours a week)
Lansbury HR is growing, and we're looking for an experienced and qualified HR consultant to join us.
You'll be getting stuck into the full mix: handling client queries, drafting contracts and policies, advising on employment law, and heading out to client sites when the work calls for it. Around 20 hours a week on average.
- What we're after: ✔An experienced and qualified HR consultant ✔ Strong grounding in UK employment law and ACAS best practice ✔ Confident drafting documents and handling the tricky conversations ✔ Based in or within easy reach of South Derbyshire for occasional client visits ✔ Can work within a small team & family run business.
