Role Summary
2x permanent positions - Full-time - 40hrs per week Monday-to-Friday
As an Office & Facilities Cleaner, you'll play an important role in ensuring our workplace is clean, organised and presented to the highest standard every day.
You'll be responsible for maintaining our offices, meeting rooms, reception, kitchens, washrooms and communal areas, helping create an environment where employees can thrive and visitors receive a positive first impression.
Working independently and as part of our Facilities Team, you'll take pride in delivering consistently high standards whilst supporting the overall appearance and professionalism of Parkacre Village.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, reception and communal areas.
- Maintaining kitchens, canteens and breakout spaces.
- Cleaning washrooms, changing facilities and welfare areas.
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing throughout the site.
- Emptying waste bins and supporting recycling initiatives.
- Replenishing consumables including soap, paper towels and toilet rolls.
- Assisting with laundry duties where required.
- Completing cleaning schedules and records.
- Reporting maintenance issues or hazards.
- Supporting periodic deep cleans across the site.
- Monitoring stock levels of cleaning materials, washroom supplies and facilities consumables.
- Keep cleaning stores organised and ensuring products are safely stored.
- Reporting low stock levels and assisting with the receipt and organisation of deliveries.
Skills/Experience/Qualifications

Experience
Essential
- Previous commercial, office, hospitality or domestic cleaning experience.
- Understanding of safe use of cleaning products.
Desirable
COSHH awareness.
Experience within manufacturing or regulated environments.
