Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors to ensure a spotless environment
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap to maintain operational readiness
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during all cleaning tasks
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout scheduled shifts, adapting to specific client requirements as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within designated timeframes
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation or access to the work site as required
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is advantageous
Pay: £12.71-£12.75 per hour
