- Manage a caseload of children and young people, overseeing statutory EHC assessment and review processes in line with legislation.
- Draft and maintain high-quality Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Prepare, present, and update cases for panel decisions and implement agreed outcomes.
- Liaise and build strong working relationships with parents/carers, schools, and multi-agency professionals.
- Facilitate and attend planning meetings, annual reviews, and multi-agency discussions.
- Identify and resolve issues within casework, negotiating and mediating where required.
- Monitor progress of children and young people through annual review processes.
- Negotiate educational provision and placements with schools and service providers.
- Experience working within a fast-paced team environment, managing competing priorities.
- Experience working with children and young people, ideally within SEND.
- Experience facilitating multi-agency meetings and working collaboratively with different professionals.
- GCSEs (Grade A–C / 5–9) including English and Maths.
- Level 3 qualification (A-Level or equivalent).
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Working hours: 37 hours per week.
- Remote working with occasional office attendance if required.
- Enhanced DBS required.
