Orion Building Engineering Services Ltd have a fantastic opportunity to add to our expanding administration office team with the role of a Scheduling Compliance Administrator. The role is a fundamental to ensure the efficient smooth management and deployment of work to meet operational needs and customer expectations.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks which would include supporting the team in the monitoring, documenting, booking of jobs and allocation of works to engineers and the associated compliance related activities for the various contracts.
You will be working alongside likeminded and supportive colleagues in order to provide a great customer service.
Duties
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for a busy engineering team
- Ensure accurate documentation of at all times to ensure compliance is met and for client information.
- Liaise with engineers and clients to provide and deliver efficient scheduling of works and updating on appointments.
- Supporting and assisting in administrative tasks as needed to support the department operations.
- Answer incoming calls and dealing with queries
- Responding to emails from clients
- Prioritise workloads effectively to meet operational needs and customer expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer any client questions or relay these questions back to the office.
- Consistently follow up on open queries and jobs to aid closure and completion.
Requirements

- Proven experience in a scheduling or related field.
- Have strong administrative skills
- The ability to work accurately with high attention to detail.
- Ability to react quickly, reliably and resiliently under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Flexible and adaptive thinking with a proactive approach to planning and managing change.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in clear, professional English. Must be able to listen and assert where necessary.
- Be proficient in data entry.
- Have an excellent telephone manner.
- Have the ability to work effectively as a team.
- Positive attitude and work ethic.
- Good presentation, planning, and organisational skill, self-motivated and able to work under their own initiative.
- Clean DBS Record.

- Salary £30000.00 per year
- 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
- 24 days holiday per year plus bank holidays. Increasing by 1 day per year following 3 years of service.
