Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with prospective clients through outbound calls, nurturing relationships, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in B2B sales. Fluency in English is essential. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and needs analysis
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Keep abreast of product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients
- Update CRM systems (Go Higher Level) regularly with relevant customer data and activity notes
- Achieve individual sales targets whilst contributing to team goals
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Go Higher Level or similar platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers over the phone
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching targets and overcoming challenges
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team environment
