Deputy Manager – Children's Residential Home
Location: Southend-on-Sea (SS3)
Salary: £38,000–£40,000 per annum + additional sleep-in payments
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a new 2-bed Children's Residential Home in Southend-on-Sea, supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new service from the outset. The home will initially support one child for the first six months, providing the opportunity to establish a stable, therapeutic environment before reaching full occupancy.

- £60 per sleep-in (approximately 10 sleep-ins per month available)

About you:
- Previous experience working in a Children's Residential Home
- Experience in a Senior Residential Support Worker, Team Leader or Deputy Manager role
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding and children's residential care regulations
- Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and young people
- Holds a relevant Level 3/ 4 qualification in Residential Childcare
