Toddlers Inn Nursery School, North Chailey, are looking for a Qualified Practitioner to join team. You will need to be caring and passionate about child led learning in a natural environment. We have a beautiful indoor classrooms with plenty of awe inspiring provocations and large gardens with an allotment and Forest school. You will need to have experience within the early years age group and the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, flexible and caring.
An Early Years Level 3 Qualification is ideal for this role but would consider a level 2 with experience.
We are open from 8am to 6pm all year round and have a vacancy for the right candidate on a Full Time basis between 30-40hrs per week, negotiable. Part time position can be considered

Toddlers Inn Nursery School is a beautiful nursery backing onto open fields but with great commuter access too! We adore outdoor learning and have three fantastic outside areas with two heated yurts. We have farm school and an allotment so plenty of opportunities to further your skills.
We follow 'In the moment planning' and listen to the children's interests, using the seasons to create a magical environment for children to learn and grow at their own pace.
We have a great team, spread across three main areas. Little Acorns (our tinies) and then Saplings and then Mighty Oaks Forest School for our 3+ children. Lots of opportunities to gain experience and further qualifications if desired.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting, fostering their development and learning.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood education and social skills.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive environment.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to manage daily operations and support leadership initiatives.
