We are looking for a reliable and motivated Grounds Maintenance & Hot Tub Technician to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis. This role involves a mix of grounds maintenance, gardening, property maintenance, and hot tub servicing across our luxury self-catering properties.
This is a hands-on, varied role involving gardening, general maintenance, and hot tub servicing. Hours are flexible and can be agreed to suit both the successful candidate and the needs of the business.
This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible, active work—particularly those who are semi-retired or seeking part-time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning, draining, refilling, and maintaining hot tubs (including chemical treatment)
- General gardening duties to ensure grounds are clean, tidy, and well-presented
- Planting and maintaining flower beds, trees, and outdoor areas
- Carrying out basic property maintenance tasks
- Restocking logs and kindling at properties
- Inspecting outdoor facilities (e.g. swings, trampolines, garden equipment)
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Own vehicle (essential due to location)
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Good attention to detail
- Flexible and reliable approach to work
- Friendly and positive attitude
Previous experience in maintenance or gardening is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
