Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Take orders accurately, providing friendly and efficient service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety for all patrons
- Follow food safety guidelines diligently to uphold hygiene standards
- Manage cash register transactions with basic math skills for accurate billing and change handling
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible serving of alcohol is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills to engage positively with guests and team members
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
