About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you'll be on the front lines, engaging directly with potential customers, presenting our products or services, and driving sales growth. You don't need years of experience—we'll teach you the ropes. You’ll get hands-on training from day one, helping you build confidence, master sales techniques, and develop valuable skills for long-term career progression.
What You'll DoCustomer Engagement & Sales
- Welcome customers with energy and enthusiasm, building instant rapport
- Listen to customer needs to recommend the right products and solutions
- Present brand promotions, features, and benefits with clarity and confidence
- Answer queries, overcome basic objections, and guide customers through to purchase
- Ensure every customer has a positive, memorable experience with our brand
Daily Operations & Administration
- Help prepare promotional areas, displays, and sales counters for daily activity
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete sales documentation accurately
- Track your daily sales metrics and report progress to team leads
- Keep customer areas presentable, organised, and fully stocked
- Follow company guidelines and customer service standards at all times
Team Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with colleagues and senior team members to hit daily and weekly sales targets
- Jump into team briefings, workshops, and ongoing sales training sessions
- Share practical ideas with your team on how to improve customer engagement
- Learn continuously from experienced team members to sharpen your sales skills
