Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Weekend Joiner BASED IN MANCHESTER to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive working on-site during weekends, bringing energy and precision to every project. As a Weekend Joiner, you will play a vital part in fabricating, assembling, and installing various structures and components, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion. Your expertise will help transform spaces through craftsmanship, teamwork, and dedication.
The work Mainly consists of Fire door repair works, and is open for any site joiner to earn a little extra money in there spare time, Pay is on the following Friday.
THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME POSITION AND IS SUBJECT TO REQUEST AND YOUR AVAILABILITY AND ONLY IN MANCHESTER , APPLICANT MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND HAVE OWN TOOLS.

Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment to cut, shape, and assemble building materials
- Perform fabrication and joinery tasks to create custom wood or metal components for construction projects
- Assist with roofing installations, masonry work, plumbing setups, electrical wiring, and construction painting as needed
- Conduct heavy lifting safely to move materials and equipment around the job site
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure precise assembly of structures according to project specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, carpentry, joinery, or related trades
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, roofing equipment, plumbing fixtures, masonry techniques, and electrical systems is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively throughout the workday
- Strong understanding of construction painting practices and site safety procedures
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills
- Prior experience working on construction sites or renovation projects preferred
- Valid certifications or training in relevant areas such as electrical experience or masonry are a plus
