Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team. You will be responsible for providing support in various areas of our establishment, including bartending, guest services and food preparation. This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility and a willingness to assist wherever needed as well as a welcoming and friendly nature.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bartending duties, including preparing, serving drinks and maintaining stock levels
- Preparation of food
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during food preparation and service
- Ensure guest satisfaction and exemplary customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all work areas
- Communicate with all team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with upkeep of health and safety paperwork as and when required
- This is a full time role and requires shift availability from Wednesday to Sunday
- Progression to supervisory role available based on experience and performance
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- High level of personal presentation and friendly nature
- Experience or willingness to learn bartending, catering, and food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety practices and basic knife skills are advantageous
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Food and allergy certifications is a plus, arrangements can be made for certifications to be obtained during initial work period
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
