Interesting and creative work with males with serious and complex mental health issues. You would be required to work either full time role or a part time role, as part of a team supporting a range of needs, but mostly working to ensure that the residents have an exceptional quality of life and and encouraged to regain as much independence and enhance their daily living skills with a long term view to returning to an independent life in the community.
The role requires someone with enthusiasm and a huge amount of creativity to ensure that their approach and passion for life is infectious and contagious.
You will be required to work one week of nights every 6 weeks as part of your contractual obligations.
