Operations Manager
Heating & Boilers (Dyfed) Ltd has served customers for over 40 years. We are looking for a confident, modern and commercially minded Operations Manager to lead our people, improve how we work and help drive the next stage of growth.
You will: Lead and support the team; Co-ordinate engineering teams and workloads; Improve systems, planning and customer service; Implement strategy and drive positive change; Use technology & social media to grow business.
You will bring: Fluency in Easy MCS and Calor Gas software; Strong leadership and people-management skills; A practical understanding of modern technology; Commercial awareness and strategic thinking; Confidence, organisation and clarity; A forward-thinking mindset.
