Responsibilities
- Perform hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
- Experience with Hair extension, Blow dries and maintenance
- Provide consultations to clients on hair care and styling options
- Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Uphold excellent customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction
- Promote and sell salon products to clients
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Hair Stylist essential
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques such as cutting, coloring, Extensions, and blowouts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of store management practices is a plus
- Demonstrated ability in front desk duties and customer service
- Skills in mentoring junior stylists and upselling salon services
