About Us
London Catering Repairs is a growing independent commercial catering equipment service company specialising in the repair, maintenance and servicing of commercial refrigeration and catering equipment throughout London and the surrounding areas.
We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of service, building strong relationships with our customers, and creating a supportive working environment for our engineers. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to join our team.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending customer sites across London and the surrounding areas, carrying out fault finding, repairs, servicing and planned preventative maintenance on a wide range of commercial refrigeration equipment.
You will be working on equipment including:
- Commercial refrigerators and freezers
- Cold rooms and walk-in chillers/freezers
- Display refrigeration
- Bottle coolers
- Ice machines
- Wine cabinets
- Other commercial refrigeration equipment
You will be provided with a fully equipped company van, specialist support from our office team, and ongoing technical assistance whenever required.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience working on commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Valid F-Gas certification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Good communication and paperwork skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with commercial catering equipment.
- Electrical fault-finding experience.
- Manufacturer training on commercial refrigeration equipment.

This position is only suitable for candidates based in London or the surrounding areas, as the role involves daily travel to customer sites across the region.
