Job Summary
We are looking for a practical and proactive Field Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial cleaning services across client sites. You will maintain high service standards, support site-based cleaning teams, respond to client requirements and help ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with agreed specifications.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Duties
- Monitor commercial cleaning sites through regular inspections, audits and hands-on support to ensure agreed standards are consistently achieved.
- Coordinate with operations colleagues to prioritise and deliver the daily work plan.
- Ensure services comply with health and safety requirements, company procedures and current legislation.
- Train, coach and support cleaning staff so they have the skills and guidance required to perform effectively.
- Monitor cleaning contracts and staff performance, reporting issues to the appropriate manager.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, service changes and concerns, taking corrective action where needed.
- Provide cleaning cover during staff absence or annual leave when required.
- Complete operational records and administration accurately and on time.
- Keep the company vehicle clean, appropriately stocked and subject to weekly checks.
- Build positive, professional relationships with clients, colleagues and site-based teams.
Working Relationships
You will work closely with the Commercial, Residential and Communal Services teams, as well as managers, cleaning staff and clients across the operation.

- Committed to maintaining a smart and professional appearance.
- A full, clean driving licence and Enhanced DBS is essential.
Key Challenges
This role requires flexibility and sound judgement when managing changing client requirements, resolving service issues, arranging last-minute absence cover and balancing operational priorities across multiple sites. INDCM1
Pay: £13.94 per hour
