Overview
We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty salon. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional nail services and enhancing client satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your skills in a dynamic environment, providing a range of beauty treatments including manicures, pedicures, and specialised nail art. The successful applicant will also have experience in management, social media management, and guest services to help promote our brand and ensure an outstanding client experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs.
- Provide specialised services including eyelash extensions and makeup application as required.
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised recommendations.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently at the front desk and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist with social media management by creating engaging content to promote the salon’s services and special offers.
- Support management with organisational tasks and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Offer guest services that enhance overall client experience, ensuring they feel valued and cared for during their visit.
Skills
- Proven experience in nail technology, including gel nails, acrylics, BIAB and nail art techniques.
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage, and barbering is advantageous.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee appointments and organise daily operations efficiently.
- Excellent social media management skills to help grow the salon’s online presence.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Effective communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members.
- Experience in hospitality or guest services is desirable for creating a welcoming environment.

Pay: £12.21-£16.00 per hour
