Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House Staff to join our small friendly team. The successful candidate will be a welcoming face of our establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in restaurant settings or barista roles is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Position is part time, please only apply if you got transport.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable upon arrival
- Working as part of a small team to deliver great service
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout service
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Support the team in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold excellent customer service standards to enhance guest satisfaction
Experience
- Minimum of 1 years Hospitality Experience required
- Experience of a Restaurant environment is advantageous
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee making is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is desirable
- Must be able to work on their own at times.
- Strong organisational skills
- Friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends is required
- Access to vehicle is necessary due to location
- Must be 18 or over
