About the Role – E-Commerce & Marketplace Executive
We are seeking a proactive and commercially-minded E-commerce Executive to support and expand our online sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands online marketplaces, product listings, and digital growth, and wants hands-on experience in scaling an eCommerce business.
Key Responsibilities
- Create listings, add products, manage and maintain inventory & catalogue data
- Create, optimise, and manage product listings across marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Zalando)
International Expansion
- Support expansion into new international marketplaces and regions.
- Adapt listings for different markets, including pricing, language, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for growth in new countries and platforms.
Sales Growth & Performance
- Monitor sales performance across channels and identify trends or opportunities.
- Assist in pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns to drive revenue.
- Work with internal teams to ensure stock availability aligns with demand.
Marketing & Promotions
- Support marketplace campaigns, deals, and seasonal promotions.
- Assist with digital marketing efforts including email campaigns and on-platform advertising (e.g. Amazon PPC).
- Help analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Operations & Admin Support
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues to maintain high seller ratings.
- Update order statuses, track shipments, and liaise with couriers when needed.
- Maintain accurate data across systems using Excel and internal tools.
- Ensure listings are fully optimised with SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, and descriptions to maximise visibility and conversions.
- Monitor listing performance and implement improvements (pricing, keywords, images).
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in eCommerce and online marketplaces.
- Good understanding of platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or similar.
- Strong Excel skills and data handling ability.
- Commercial awareness with a focus on sales and growth.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
