Helch Market is Winchester's newest food, drink and entertainment destination, and we're looking for a confident Front of House Team Member to join us on our busiest nights.
We're looking for someone who loves talking to people, can read a room, and knows how to create a great customer experience while helping drive food and drink sales across the venue.
Hours: Friday & Saturday, 8:00pm – 2:00am
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and creating a great first impression
- Engaging with customers throughout the venue
- Taking food and drink orders efficiently
- Recommending menu items, drinks and promotions to maximise sales
- Delivering food and drinks with energy and professionalism
- Helping customers discover everything Helch Market has to offer
- Supporting events, live entertainment and busy service periods
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
What We're Looking For
- A confident and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers
- Experience in hospitality, retail or customer-facing roles preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Someone who enjoys sales and naturally builds rapport with people
- Reliable and available every Friday and Saturday evening
