Tecknoz Digital Solutions UK Ltd is seeking a Digital Solutions Supervisor to oversee the delivery of innovative digital solutions and support the coordination of technology projects. What you'll do:
- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of digital solutions and technology services.
- Coordinate digital projects, implementation activities, and client requirements.
- Work closely with developers, designers, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Support the implementation of web, software, and digital transformation solutions.
- Identify and resolve operational issues while recommending process improvements.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives, customer expectations, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across digital operations.
- Stay up to date with digital technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital solutions, information technology, project coordination, digital operations, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, software solutions, cloud technologies, or project management tools is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Pay: £3,900.00-£5,500.00 per month
