Duties
- Assist in managing daily kitchen and bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality
- Supervise and motivate team members, including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and support personnel
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency, safety, and presentation standards
- Coordinate food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times
- Support bartending activities by managing bar operations, pouring drinks, and engaging with guests
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality, serving guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness across all areas of the establishment
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or restaurant environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking and bartending.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel settings is highly preferred
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service

Pay: £14.00-£17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
