Returns Operative
Location: Bristol, England, United Kingdom

Are you methodical, detail-driven, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment?
Huboo is on the lookout for a proactive Returns Operative to take charge of our returns operation, making sure every item that comes back is inspected, processed, and put right with accuracy and care. You'll play a key role on the warehouse floor, keeping our returns flow moving so our customers and their shoppers get a seamless experience.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Returns Operative, you'll be at the heart of our returns operation, with key responsibilities including:
- Receiving, sorting, and processing customer returns accurately and efficiently.
- Inspecting and grading returned items to determine their condition and correct disposition (return to stock, refurbish, quarantine, or dispose).
- Restocking sellable items and updating stock locations promptly.
- Recording returns activity accurately in the warehouse management system (WMS) to keep inventory and seller records up to date.
- Identifying and handling damaged, faulty, or non-conforming goods in line with company procedures.
- Supporting refund, exchange, and seller resolution processes through timely and accurate processing.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment and adhering to health & safety standards at all times.
- Flagging recurring return trends or issues to help drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
We'd love to hear from you if you have the following experience and attributes:
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy, with a methodical approach to processing.
- Comfortable with physically demanding work (including heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and reaching).
- Able to work in variable temperature conditions.
- Confident using warehouse or inventory systems; previous WMS experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills for timely and clear reporting of issues.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Committed to consistently delivering high performance in a repetitive work environment.

Shift: Sunday to Wednesday: 10-hour shift 09:00am – 19:00pm
