The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play an important role in shaping children's earliest experiences. More than providing exceptional care, you'll inspire curiosity, encourage independence, and create engaging opportunities that support every child's learning and development.
Working closely with children, families, and colleagues, you'll help build a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Your Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality care and inspiring learning experiences.
- Planning and leading engaging, play-based activities that support children's development.
- Observing, assessing, and celebrating children's learning and achievements.
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who has:
- A recognised Early Years qualification (or a willingness to work towards one where appropriate).
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- A good understanding of child development and early years practice.
- A caring, flexible, and enthusiastic approach.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and providing the highest standards of care and education.
