Duties
- Offer one-on-one support to clients, fostering their personal development and well-being
- Assist with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and household tasks
- Develop tailored support plans in collaboration with clients and their families
- Mentor and guide individuals through skill-building exercises and educational activities
- Support children or vulnerable individuals in educational settings or community programs
- Encourage participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to promote engagement
- Maintain detailed records of support provided, progress notes, and incident reports
- Collaborate with team members, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure consistent care
Requirements
- Experience working with children or vulnerable populations is highly desirable
- Strong mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Passion for teaching and supporting personal growth in diverse settings
- Excellent communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients and team members
- Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and adaptable in various situations
- Relevant certifications or training in caregiving or support work (preferred but not mandatory)
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive environment

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
