Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bagging Plant Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical background and experience in materials handling. The Plant Operator will play a vital part in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within the plant environment.
Responsibilities
- Programme and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimise production processes
- Handle materials efficiently, including loading, unloading, and organising raw materials and finished products
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times during operations
Requirements
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must keep the machine well maintained, Clean & Tidy
