We are seeking a Supply Chain Apprentice Trainer to join our Higher Education team on a part-time basis (3 days per week) in Upminster.
Using your expertise in supply chain, logistics, procurement, warehousing, or operations, you will deliver engaging teaching, coaching, and assessment across degree apprenticeships, with some Level 3 delivery where required. Working closely with the Higher Education team, you will support learner success, apply real-world industry knowledge to learning, and contribute to the ongoing development of our apprenticeship programmes.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging teaching, coaching, workshops, tutorials, and assessment activities across degree apprenticeship programmes, with Level 3 delivery where required.

Plan and prepare learning sessions in line with curriculum requirements, apprenticeship standards, and university expectations.

Use current industry knowledge, case studies, workplace examples, and research to create practical and relevant learning experiences.

Provide timely, constructive, and developmental feedback to support learner progression and achievement.

Monitor learner progress, attendance, engagement, and performance, implementing support and interventions where necessary.

Support learners to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for successful completion of their programme and End-Point Assessment.

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of curriculum content, learning resources, and assessment materials.

Participate in standardisation, moderation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement activities.

Ensure compliance with apprenticeship, university, awarding body, safeguarding, and quality requirements.

Work collaboratively with programme teams, assessors, employer partners, and internal stakeholders to achieve positive learner and employer outcomes.
What We're Looking For

Current and credible industry experience within supply chain, logistics, procurement, warehousing, operations, or a related field.

Experience teaching, training, coaching, or assessing apprentices or adult learners at Level 3, higher education, or degree level.

Ability to deliver engaging learning that translates complex concepts into practical, workplace-focused outcomes.

A relevant degree, professional qualification, or significant equivalent industry experience.

A recognised teaching or training qualification, or a willingness to work towards one.

Experience providing assessment and constructive learner feedback; an assessor qualification is desirable.

Understanding of apprenticeship standards, work-based learning, and End-Point Assessment requirements.

Strong communication, organisational, stakeholder-management, and digital delivery skills.

Ability to effectively manage learner caseloads and delivery commitments within a part-time working pattern.
