Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00am-2:00pm

We are currently recruiting a reliable and enthusiastic School Catering Assistant to join a friendly school catering team in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for part-time weekday hours in a rewarding school environment.
As a School Catering Assistant, you will support the kitchen team in preparing and serving nutritious meals to pupils while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.

Assisting with food preparation and meal service.

Serving pupils and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

Cleaning kitchen equipment, dining areas, and work surfaces.

Washing pots, pans, and utensils.

Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures.

Supporting the catering team with general kitchen duties as required.

Previous catering, kitchen, or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.

A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Good communication skills.

A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

Ability to work Monday to Friday, 11:00am-2:00pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
