About Cadira
Cadira is a contemporary furniture retailer specialising in modern, design-led furniture for residential interiors. We work with leading European manufacturers and focus on quality, craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
As an independent retail business, we operate with a close-knit team and value flexibility, commercial awareness and a collaborative approach.
The Role
We are looking for a creative, organised and resourceful Digital Content & E-commerce Assistant to help us with a major re-development of our website and online product catalogue.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining e-commerce, product presentation, visual content creation and digital marketing. You will help us create and maintain high-quality product listings, develop product imagery and visual content, and ensure that our website presents our furniture collection accurately and consistently.
The role would suit a recent graduate in Marketing, Interior Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design or a related creative discipline who enjoys combining creativity with detailed, methodical work.
We are particularly interested in someone who is curious, learns quickly, takes pride in their work and is comfortable finding solutions independently.
Key Responsibilities
Your work will include:
- Creating and editing products within our e-commerce website
- Preparing product descriptions, specifications, options and other website content
- Checking product information for accuracy, consistency and presentation
- Sourcing, preparing, resizing and organising product images
- Creating attractive lifestyle and product visuals for the website and marketing
- Using AI and creative software to generate or enhance product imagery
- Helping create short product videos, animations and other digital content
- Maintaining product categories, collections and website merchandising
- Helping improve the overall appearance and consistency of the website
- Supporting SEO work including product titles, descriptions, image naming and metadata
- Researching products, materials, finishes and design information where required
- Identifying missing information or imagery and finding practical ways to resolve it
- Supporting other digital marketing and website projects as the role develops
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Creative with a strong visual eye
- Extremely attentive to detail
- Well organised and comfortable managing a large number of products and files
- Resourceful and willing to investigate and solve problems
- Comfortable learning new software and digital tools
- Confident working independently once given a clear objective
- Interested in furniture, interiors, design, e-commerce or digital marketing
- Critical eye, able to spot inconsistencies and to ensure high standards
- A good written communicator with a strong standard of English
Skills
Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity or similar creative software
- AI image-generation and image-editing tools
- Video editing or AI video-generation tools
- E-commerce platforms or content management systems
- SEO and digital marketing
- Product photography or image retouching
- Excel or Google Sheets
- Social media content creation
- Interior design, furniture or home furnishings
What We Are Looking For
You may be a recent graduate looking for your first substantial role, or you may already have some experience in e-commerce, marketing, interiors or digital content.
The ideal person will enjoy the combination of creative work and detailed execution. Some tasks will involve creating attractive imagery and experimenting with new technology; others will involve carefully checking specifications, organising product information or making sure hundreds of small details across the website are correct.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work rather than simply completing a checklist.
Why Join Us?
You will have the opportunity to work on a significant redevelopment of our website and have a visible impact on how our products and brand are presented online.
The role will also provide considerable exposure to emerging AI tools for imagery, video, content creation and e-commerce, making it particularly suitable for someone interested in how new technology is changing digital marketing and creative work.
