We are looking for a hands-on and organised Operations Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operational running of our ShelterIt product line.
This is a two-part role. One side of the job is focused on stock, yard, loading and materials control. The other side is focused on organising site works, installation teams, plant, RAMS and customer site visits.
This is not a desk-only role. The right person will be comfortable working hands-on in the yard, using a forklift, checking stock and loading materials, while also being organised enough to plan jobs, coordinate installation teams and keep customers updated.

- Keep the ShelterIt yard and stock areas tidy, safe and organised.
- Check incoming and outgoing stock.

- Load and unload materials using a forklift.
- Report missing, damaged or incorrect stock.
- Keep records of stock movements and job allocations.
- Ensure company vehicles are kept clean, tidy and in good working order.
Site Works and Installation Organisation
- Arrange job dates and logistics using the company jobs board.
- Organise labour from the available pool of installation teams.
- Arrange site-specific plant, tools and equipment.
- Generate RAMS using company templates.
- Organise daily responsibilities for installation staff and reduce downtime.
- Carry out site visits where customers require installation advice or pre-install checks.
- Help customers with practical queries relating to installation.
- Arrange return visits for re-tensioning, maintenance packages, final photos and customer feedback.
- Work with the H&S team to maintain good safety standards and training records.
