We are seeking a proactive and personable Resident Liaison Officer to serve as the vital communication bridge between residents and management. Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, providing friendly and professional assistance via phone, email, and in person
- Facilitate effective communication between residents and management regarding community updates, maintenance requests, and service inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions using our in house software
- Conduct data entry to update resident information, service requests, and incident reports efficiently and accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scheduling appointments, and preparing community notices or newsletters
- Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards while handling inquiries and resolving issues promptlyRequirements
Experience
- Prior office experience with strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills complemented by professional phone etiquette
- Previous experience in customer service or resident relations in the social housing sector is highly advantageous.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally
- Familiarity with basic office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
