About the Role:
Bangor is a practical and well connected business location, and at AgentWise Business Services, we bring that same organised approach to daily operations and client support. We help growing organisations keep their workflows, communication, records, and service processes running smoothly.
We are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator who can support day to day business activities and help keep internal tasks moving in the right direction. You are not just handling admin work; you are helping connect teams, track priorities, support clients, and make sure important details are followed up properly.
You will work closely with management, client support, sales support, and administration teams to make sure information is accurate, deadlines are clear, and daily operations are completed efficiently.
Why Work With Us?
The Environment: Our Bangor office provides a focused and supportive workplace where communication, reliability, and teamwork are valued every day.
Operational Structure: We believe good operations come from clear processes, accurate records, and consistent follow up. Your work will help keep the business organised and responsive.
Client Focus: We support businesses that rely on timely communication, dependable service, and practical coordination. You will help maintain a professional experience for both clients and internal teams.
Growth: This role is suitable for someone who wants to build a stable career in business operations, administration, client coordination, or office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Support: Coordinate routine business activities, internal updates, client requests, and task follow ups to help work progress on schedule.
Client Coordination: Assist with client communication, service updates, appointment coordination, and basic query handling when required.
Record Management: Maintain accurate spreadsheets, reports, contact records, task trackers, and operational documents.
Team Communication: Work with management, sales support, customer service, and admin teams to share updates and keep priorities clear.
Process Follow Up: Monitor pending tasks, missing information, service delays, and workflow issues, then escalate concerns when needed.
Reporting: Prepare simple activity summaries, status updates, and operational reports to support management decision making.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in business operations, administration, customer service, client support, sales support, or office coordination is preferred.
Organisation: You can manage multiple tasks, update records accurately, and follow structured processes.
Communication Skills: You can write clear emails, speak professionally, and coordinate confidently with colleagues and clients.
Attention to Detail: You notice missing information, errors, and deadline risks before they become bigger problems.
Tooling: You are comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, shared files, calendars, and basic business systems.
Mindset: You are dependable, practical, and calm under pressure. You know how to prioritise work, follow up properly, and keep business operations moving.
Pay: £2,150.00-£2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
