We are a long‑established coffee and vending group with over 25 years’ success in the UK market, recently launched a new retail concept focused on automated premium coffee and tea solutions for hotels, convenience stores and high‑footfall public sites (universities, hospitals, leisure centres and more).
Working with leading international coffee brands and specialist artisan partners, we provide versatile, branded retail drinks solutions that compete directly with major high‑street coffee chains.The opportunityThis is a pivotal role in a rapidly growing business, joining at an early stage where you will help shape the brand, build awareness and drive new business across defined target sectors.
Successful delivery will create genuine scope for progression, increased responsibility and the potential to participate in future growth of the business.Key responsibilities
- Work with Directors and the Sales Director to quickly define and implement the marketing strategy for the new retail coffee concept (short, medium and long term).
- Develop and execute a 12‑month marketing plan, initially focussing on premium sectors, to drive lead generation and market penetration.
- Own all facets of B2B marketing activity, from campaign planning through to execution and reporting.
- Lead website, online and digital marketing strategy, including content, SEO, email and social media.
- Build, manage and evolve the brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging.
- Support product development and customer insight work for B2C audiences using our retail coffee solutions.
- Develop and maximise third‑party relationships (brand partners, suppliers, agencies) to deliver brand objectives.
- Create sales literature, presentations and promotional assets for the sales team.
- Organise and, where required, attend trade shows and industry events to support lead generation and brand visibility.
- Network within target sectors to identify opportunities and support the sales pipeline.
- Brief, manage and prepare digital and print artwork for campaigns and collateral.
- Design and oversee customer and prospect contact strategies, including CRM and nurture programmes.
- Manage the marketing budget and deliver activity within agreed spend, tracking ROI and key success factors (CSFs).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, reporting insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
- Provide ongoing marketing campaigns and communications for existing customers to support retention and growth.
- Complete required administration in line with company processes and deadlines, maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate effectively with all internal teams (sales, operations, installation, finance and head‑office support functions) to ensure joined‑up delivery of marketing initiatives.

- Reports to: Sales Director
- Internal contacts: General Managers, Sales Managers, Operations and Workshop/Installation Teams, Business Centre teams, Accounts, Marketing, Projects/Operations.
- External contacts: Existing and prospective customers, machine and ingredients suppliers, finance partners and brand partners.
Qualifications, skills and experience
- Minimum 3 years’ successful B2B marketing experience; B2C experience in retail or coffee sectors preferred but not essential.
- Experience of building or significantly shaping a marketing function from scratch is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering marketing activity that generates leads, builds brands and supports sales growth.
- Strong written and numerical skills, with the ability to produce high‑quality proposals, reports and presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and modern marketing tools and systems (digital, CRM, analytics).
- Systematic, solutions‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data, understand the financial impact of decisions and identify opportunities.
- Excellent time‑management, planning and organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently with a hands‑on attitude.
- Strong communication skills, able to present information clearly and concisely to different audiences and business partners.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally.
- High levels of creativity and attention to detail; a “completer‑finisher” mindset.
- Full UK driving licence.
