The Strings Club is looking for an experienced and highly organised Admin Assistant to join our friendly Head Office team as soon as possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously worked within the childcare sector and is familiar with childcare voucher schemes, Bright Horizons bookings and parent administration.

Monday – Friday, approximately 10:00am – 2:00pm (20 hours per week)

£29,120 per annum (pro rata)

About the Role
You'll play a vital role in supporting families booking onto our award-winning Holiday Camps by managing childcare payment schemes and parent enquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and reconciling Bright Horizons bookings
- Managing childcare voucher payments and queries
- Administering our Recommend a Friend scheme
- Liaising with parents via email and telephone
- Updating booking systems and records accurately
- Supporting the wider Head Office team with administrative tasks
- Ensuring all bookings, payments and referrals are processed efficiently
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have previous experience working for a childcare provider, holiday camp, nursery, wraparound care provider or similar organisation
- Have hands-on experience using Bright Horizons and/or managing childcare voucher schemes
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Be confident communicating with parents in a professional and friendly manner
- Be comfortable working independently from home
- Have strong administrative and computer skills
Desirable
- Experience with Tax-Free Childcare payments
- Experience using booking management systems
- Customer service experience within childcare or education
