Role Overview
Are you a passionate, driven Personal Trainer looking to build or scale your business without the financial pressure of monthly gym rent?
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a certified Personal Trainer to join our team on a rent-free basis. In exchange for 15 hours of club hours per week (structured as three 5-hour shifts), you will receive 100% rent-free access to our facilities and dynamic member base to run and grow your own private personal training business.
What the 15-Hour Exchange Involves
During your designated shifts, you will be the face of the club, focusing on member engagement and club excellence. Duties include:
- Class Delivery & Inductions: Delivering high-energy fitness classes and welcoming member inductions.
- Floor Engagement: Proactively engaging with members on the gym floor to offer advice, technique corrections, and support.
- Club Operations: Assisting with day-to-day operations, including maintaining excellent health and safety standards and gym floor tidiness.
- Club Growth: Conducting gym tours for prospective members to help grow the club community.

Requirements
- Level 3 Personal Training Certification (or equivalent).
- Valid Public Liability Insurance.
- Weekend and evening availability is essential to cover peak club hours.
- A friendly, approachable, and high-energy personality.
- Reliability and punctuality to cover the agreed 3 x 5-hour shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping members achieve their goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30.00-£40.00 per hour
