We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and highly organised Receptionist / Front of House Executive to become the face of our business.
The Role
As the first point of contact for our tenants and visitors, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. This is a varied role combining reception, hospitality, administration and day-to-day operational support to ensure our business centre runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities -
Front of House
- Welcome tenants, visitors and guests with a warm, professional approach.
- Answer and direct telephone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue visitor passes where required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, parcels and courier deliveries.
- Maintain a professional, immaculate reception area at all times.
Tenant Experience
- Build positive relationships with tenants and become their first point of contact.
- Respond quickly to tenant enquiries and resolve issues wherever possible.
- Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Promote a friendly, welcoming community within the building.
Meeting Rooms & Hospitality
- Manage meeting room bookings.
- Prepare meeting rooms before each booking.
- Arrange refreshments and catering where required.
- Ensure meeting rooms remain clean, tidy and fully stocked throughout the day.
Operations & Administration
- Order office supplies and refreshments.
- Liaise with cleaners, maintenance contractors and suppliers.
- Report maintenance issues and follow them through to completion.
- Assist with invoicing, filing and general administration.
- Support the Centre Manager with day-to-day building operations.
Health & Safety
- Ensure reception procedures are followed.
- Assist with fire evacuation procedures and emergency situations.
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming working environment.
About You
You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
You will have:
- Previous reception, hospitality or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive and can-do attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- A smart, professional appearance.
- A flexible approach and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Experience within a serviced office, hotel, corporate reception or hospitality environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

Pay: £32,000.00 per year
